CUSTOMER NOTICE 18 OCTOBER 2018
The Hallows Gallery will be closed for a few days as we make some final preparations for the imminent arrival of our baby. We will be responding to emails as soon as we can.
Thank you for your understanding. Please check our website or Facebook pages for information about our opening hours over the coming days.
At the moment, all artworks must be collected from the Gallery or can be delivered within 2 business days to the Greater Belfast area only.
We are working with several couriers to allow us to offer a UK and worldwide delivery service, and will update our shop as soon as we are able to offer this.
Are there different payment options available at the Gallery?
Works from the Seán Nichol collection and most others can be paid for over a number of months with a maximum four months. We will keep the artwork safe for you until its ready for its new home. Instalment options may be available on other pieces – just let us know and we can talk it over with the artist, as it may depend on the individual artwork.
Is the Hallows Gallery wheelchair accessible?
We have installed a new accessibility ramp to make it easier for all our customers to come and visit with us. If you have any specific queries about our accessibility arrangements or if there is anything we can do to make your visit easier, please let us know in advance and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer private viewings?
We do indeed. If you want to arrange an out of hours private viewing, just drop us an email to email@example.com or call us on 028 9521 7200. We are happy to accommodate individual visitors or groups – at no charge.
How often does the artwork change?
The Collection is always changing, with new pieces being added every week. We also have regular group and solo exhibitions on too, so plenty of new artwork to see every time you visit. Keep an eye on Facebook or our events page for upcoming exhibitions. You can join our mailing list, and we will make sure you receive an invite to the opening night of each exhibition. .
Can I tie my dog up outside?
Your dog can come in and enjoy the lovely art work with you, or one of us will be happy to play with it in driveway until you’re ready to pick him or her up. Of course, you can tie them up and we can keep an eye out for your pup if you would prefer.
I’m an artist. How do I go about getting my work into the Gallery
As a Gallery, we are committed to promoting well known and emerging artists alike. So, we don’t expect all our artists to come armed with years of previous sales and solo exhibitions under their belt. But we do care about providing our customers with great art, and artwork that brings something new to the table!
If you feel like your work would be a good fit, drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attach a link to your website, or just send us some samples of your work, and a bit about you and why you feel that The Hallows Gallery is the right gallery to carry your work.
We can’t make any promises, but we will be delighted to have a look at your work.
